Town Hall Maintenance Committee Meeting Minutes 12/07/10 The committee meeting was called to order at 9:00am Members present: Greg Martin, Mitch McGee, Jerry Witt, Mike Tremblay The agenda consisted of 3 items: What to do about the extra $770 billing from Legend Architecture It was agreed to that we need to pay the bill when we receive the final report on code compliance. Jerry Witt to meet with Tom Westlund of Legend to complete it. Review year end report The draft of the year-end report was reviewed and agreed to. Mike T to forward it to Elaine. Establish the priority projects for the rest of 2010 and 2011 We reviewed the list of potential maintenance projects nad agreed that the items below are the highest priority efforts. Replace the ADA door by the west ramp to meet all code issues Replace the meeting room ceiling, remove insu;lation, etc. Move the pressure tank out of the pit and related items Replace the office stairway, replace the ramp with a sidewalk, fix posts Raise water heater off the floor Replace office roof and facia The meeting adjourned at 10:15. |
