How You Can Help

Through the efforts of BAHA, Barnes area citizens and friends, the elk artifacts will be displayed at the Museum for all to view, thereby allowing the elk to return to it's home in the area that it lived centuries ago and was most recently discovered. You can help by giving your support by doing one of the following:

• 1.Join BAHA and become a member of the Barnes Area Second Century. We need your time and talent to help with BAHA activities and Museum operations.
• 2.Donate to the BAHA Capital Campaign. We need financial support to properly house the elk exhibit by meeting Wisconsin's strict building codes and rules for managing archaeological artifacts. The scientific investigation took several years to complete and the skeletal remains of the elk are now ready for Museum display.
• 3. Visit the BAHA website at bahamuseum.org to obtain information to proceed with your support.
