Minutes of the Town of Barnes Planning Commission November 12, 2009 4:00 PM Planning Commission members present: David Pease, Mitch McGee, Gene Ratzel, Dick Webb Members absent: Diane Rupnow Public present: None The meeting was called to order by chairman Dave Pease. Roll to establish quorum. Agenda read. Motion (McGee, Ratzel) to approve agenda. Motion carried. Motion (McGee, Webb) to dispense reading minutes of last planning commission meeting and approve the minutes. Motion carried. Public comments: none Zoning, Land Use applications submitted to the Town of Barnes requiring plan use recommendations: 1- Special use permit application request by Wisc. DNR to construct a 40’x60’ storage building at 52820 State Highway 27 in a F-2 forestry district. Motion (Webb, Ratzel) to approve request for DNR storage building. Motion carried. Motion (McGee, Webb) to adjourn at 4:12 PM. Motion carried. Respectfully submitted, David Pease
